Flamingo on the Park at Park on Fremont

There’s no better place to people watch than Park on Fremont. Perched on the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and pedestrian-heavy Fremont Street, the bar boasts a rustic interior with a lush backyard garden, elevated bar fare, eccentric art, and a secret teeter totter for a night of laidback whimsy. It’s a favorite watering hole for locals and tourists alike, thanks to its distinctive drink selection. The menu’s star? The Flamingo on the Park, comprised of Absolut Elyx vodka, charred pineapple syrup, fresh cantaloupe juice, lemon juice, and Aperol, all mixed together in the graceful Copper Flamingo.

Coq-tail at The NoMad Bar

A New York City institution that was once named the Best Bar in North America, The NoMad Bar made its Las Vegas Strip debut at Park MGM in 2018. It quickly became a go-to destination for its eclectic food menu, live jazz Sunday brunch, and exquisite cocktails. We’re partial to the Coq-tail, a bold drink with fall flavors designed for two. It’s made with Absolut Elyx vodka, Amontillado sherry, Mexican corn, cinnamon, lime, and yuzu. Considering you and your drinking partner will be sharing the same Copper Rooster, you’ll just have to give each other high-fives instead of cheers.

Elyx Mule at Oak & Ivy

Don’t let the fire-breathing praying mantis outside of Downtown Container Park scare you away. Just behind the mechanical beast lies one of Las Vegas’ finest cocktail bars. What it lacks in space — the bar is housed in a shipping container — it more than makes up for in its exceptional menu. Among the stars is the Elyx Mule, made with a house-made ginger beer and Angostura bitters and served in an Absolut Elyx Copper mug.
