§ She is back with her first song since her huge night at the Grammy Awards.
§ She shared the theme to the upcoming James Bond film, “No Time To Die.”
§ She is the youngest to ever to write and record a theme for the franchise.
§ Her brother, Finneas, also helped to write the song.
§ The film is in theaters on April 10th.
§ Study: Although walking 10,000 steps a day may decrease your sedentary time, it doesn’t actually prevent weight gain.
§ They took college students and split them into three groups to see if increasing the number of daily steps above 10.000 would prevent weight and fat gain.
§ On group walked 10,000 steps a day, 6 days a week for 24 weeks, another walked 12,500 steps a day and the third walked 15,000 steps a day.
§ They tracked their calories and weight.
§ What they found was that no matter how many steps they walked, they all still gained weight.
§ They did say that one of the positive findings was there were significant emotional and health benefits.
§ The 2020 Kids’ Choice Awards nominations are out!
§ Leading the pack with the most nominations are Avengers: Endgame with 11.
§ Taylor Swift is second with five nominations and Frozen 2, Henry Danger and Lil Nas X have 4 each.
§ First-time nominees include John Cena, DaBaby, Tiffany Haddish, Tom Holland, Brie Larson, Lizzo and Megan Thee Stallion.
§ Hosting the show this year is Chance The Rapper.
§ The 2020 ids’ Choice Awards is on March 22nd.

§ Then Gerber wants you! For the 10th year in a row, the childhood nutrition giant is searching for its national spokesbaby.
§ They say that “Parents or legal guardians of children from birth to 48 months are encouraged to submit their little one’s photo and story on Gerber’s online submission portal for a chance to have their child serve as Gerber ambassador for the year.
§ A grand prize of $25,000 is included.
§ The search contest ends Feb. 21st and can be entered on the Gerber website.
§ BTW, the original Gerber baby, Ann Turner Cook, celebrated her 93rd birthday in November.
