§     In case you missed it yesterday, the 62nd Grammy Award nominees were announced yesterday.

§     Lizzo led the pack with eight nods, while Billie Eilish and Lil Nas X followed close behind with six nominations each.

§     All there are up for Record and Album of the year. Nominees for ROTY also include Bon Iver, Ariana Grande, H.E.R., Khaliid, and Post Malone & Swae Lee.

§     Best new artist nominees are: Black Pumas, Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X, Lizzo, Maggie Rogers Rosalia Tank and the Bangas and Yola.

§     The Grammy Awards are January 26th at the Staples Center in LA.



§     Study: Expensive sneakers make you exercise more.

§     What a great excuse for a splurge!

§     People that spend an average of $86 on shoes log five to seven days a week of exercise at the gym, while those spending around $80 spend three to four days there.

§     Those who spend less than $79 work out just once or twice a week.

§     Nearly 3 in 4 men wear luxury or designer sneakers during their workouts, along with 69% of females.



§     As the holiday travel season is about to kick off, the TSA is delivering a PSA about the holiday foods you can and can’t bring in a carry-on.

§     The general rule is that if you can spray it, spread it, pump it or pour it, it should go in your checked bag.

§     Cheese can go in your checked bag as long as it is hard…creamy cheeses that are spreadable like brie and burrata are treated like liquids.

§     Main-course meets are good to go…even whole birds and live lobsters.

§     Mashed potatoes are ok because they are mashed up solids.

§     Unfortunately the gravy has to stay…it is treated like a liquid so you can take 3.4 ounces or less.

§     Other things that can come on board with you include pie, cranberry sauce, green bean casserole and stuffing.

§     Whether it happens when carrying the baby or when playing with an excited toddler, dads’ nether regions can really take a beating.
