• The pop icon is being sued by two men who claim they were forced to wait 2 to 3 hours for her to take the stage on Sept. 21st and Oct. 1st at the Brooklyn Academy of Music.
• The start time was supposed to be at 8:30 but things didn’t start until 11:30 at one stop and 10:40 at the other.
• They say they were left stranded at 1am because they’d missed their scheduled trains or other rides home.
• A very similar class-action lawsuit was filed against her this past November in Florida.
• So far, Madonna has not commented.
