    • In an unprecedented, although not entirely suprising move, Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak order an immediate sweeping closure of all non-essential businesses statewide, including hotels and casinos.
    • The order was a bold step that he took to slow the spread of COVID-19.
    • As a result, hotels, casinos, bars, eateries, beauty shops, movie theaters, shopping centers and malls must close their doors for 30 days.
    • Pharmacies and grocery stores will be allowed to remain open.
    • Restaurants that are closing their dining rooms must transition to curbside delivery options.

    • The new term has emerged to describe kind COVID acts.
    • It started in Canada and it’s being used to describe volunteer efforts across Canada.
    • For instance, in Columbus, Ohio, two young cellists put on a porch concert for their 78-year-old neighbor who is self-quarantining at home as a precaution.
    • In Seattle, a subscriber to the Seattle Times sent pizzas to the staff working long hours to report on the outbreak in hard-hit Washington state.
    • Here locally, my daughter’s teacher sent each child in her class a $5 e-gift card from a local bakery that says, “Because research is better with cupcakes.”

    • The actress is expanding her family.
    • The 33-year-old is pregnant wither first child.
    • Her fiancé shared the news by posting a photo of her ultrasound on Instagram.
    • Her relationship with his has been rocky as the two announced they were engaged shortly after Bynes posted about their relationship.
    • The engagement was quickly called off but as of late, it appears the two are back together.

    • A new Netflix extension is letting users chat with their friends while watching in coronavirus self-quarantine.
    • It’s called “Netflix Party,” and the Google Chrome extension lets multiple users watch Netflix at the same time.
    • Once a user selects a show to watch, they can send a link to friends to “invite” them” to watch the show with them
    • You can even type messages to one another while watching the show in real-time.
