§     Last night was music’s biggest night…the 61st annual Grammy Awards.

§     Most of the awards were handed out before the show aired, with Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, H.E.R., The Carters and Greta Van Fleet all taking home honors.

§     As far as the big categories go:

·     Record of the Year:

·     Album of the Year:

·     Song of the Year: “This Is America” by Childish Gambino

·     Best New Artist:

§     Study: Married people walk faster and have better grip strength.

§     According to researchers, walking speed can be a good measure of overall health and grip strength reflects upper body strength.

§     Men who were in their first marriage walked four inches faster per second than never-married men.

§     For women, those in their first marriage walked 2-3 inches faster than unmarried women.

 

#Netflix

§     If you’re planning a romantic night in for Valentine’s Day, Netflix has got you covered.

§     They have a bunch of hidden romantic film genres that are actually pretty easy to find…as long as you have a code.

§     All you have to is login to your account, then take the URL http://netflix.com/browse/genre/and then you need to add the number code to the end of that URL to access each category.

§     The list is on our Facebook page, but some of the categories include Classic Romantic Comedies, Comedies for Hopeless Romantics, Coming-of-age Teen Romance, Dramas about Marriage and Valentine’s Day Favorites.,
