§     Happy Chinese New Year…according to the Chinese zodiac, 2019 is the Year of the Pig.

§     People born in the years 1923, 1935, 1947, 1959, 1971, 1983, 1995, 2007 and 2019 are all pig signs.

§     A Pig sign is known for its geniality and compassion, sometimes going overboard to accommodate people.

§     They’re also very social and friendly and have a love for life.

§     Foods that you should eat for Chinese New Year, because they’re associated with wealth are dumplings for success, rice cakes for prosperity, a whole fish for abundance, and citrus fruits for health.

§     Study: Motherhood takes a mental toll.

§     According to researchers, mothers experiences less satisfaction with their lives and their partnerships.

§     A large portion of moms feel like they alone are carrying the responsibility for their children’s well-being.

§     All of that responsibility is leaving moms feeling emptied out themselves.

§     The numbers are in and Super Bowl 53 had the lowest ratings in 10 years.

§     If you lost interest in the game, you were not alone.

§     But not all the news is bad…the Super Bowl Halftime Show helped Maroon 5 get a 434% in sales increase.

§     Travis Scott and Big Boi also got a nice sales boost.

§     Gwyneth Paltrow’s brand Goop is a lifestyle and wellness brand that she founded a decade ago.

§     The brand is now coming to Netflix as a series.

§     The series will consist of 30-minute episodes hosted by the sites editors and Paltrow.

§     They will use experts, doctors and researchers to examine issues relating to physical and spiritual wellness.
