§     They unveiled their highly anticipated Super Bowl commercial last night.

§     It stars Steve Carell, Lil Jon and Cardi B and starts with a woman at a diner asking for a Coke, to which he replies, “Is Pepsi OK?”

§     Steve Carell is sitting behind her and that’s where the fun begins.



§     Study: More screen time for toddlers is linked to poorer development later.

§     The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends limits on screen use for preschool children ages 2 to 5 to just one hour a day.

§     They say that parents can think of screens like they do giving junk food to their kids: In small doses it’s OK, but in excess, it has consequences.



§     The movie is returning to theaters for a week of free showings.

§     To celebrate Black History Month, Disney has set a one-week engagement for the movie to show on February 1st through the 7th at participating AMC locations.

§     Tickets are free for everyone and there will be two showings per day at each participating theater.

§     Disney will also give a $1.5 million grant to support the United Negro College Fund in furthering its mission to help minority students access and move to and through college.

§     The movie has received seven Oscar nominations, including best picture.



§     The long-awaited musical based on the songs of Alanis Morrissette is officially making its way to Broadway.

§     Producers announced that “Jagged Little Pill” will open in New York next fall.

§     The story focuses on a family who must choose between maintain their picture-perfect life or facing the truths about themselves and the world around them.

§     The musical got raved reviews at an out-of-town run in Cambridge, Massachusetts last summer.

§     No details on the Broadway cast, theater or opening date yet.
