§     The former “Mythbusters” and “Overhaulin’” host and the “fastest woman on four wheels” has died in a jet-car crash..

§     She was attempting to break her own speed record.

§     Her teammate, Terry Madden, confirmed the news on IG yesterday.

§     He said, “She was the most amazing spirit that I have ever or will ever know. Unfortunately we lost her yesterday in a horrific accident, I was the first one there and trust me we did everything humanly possible to save her!”

§     She was only 36 years old.



§     Study: Calories from binge drinking equivalent to a double cheeseburger.

§     Having four or five drinks on one occasion is somewhere around 550 calories or more.

§     On average, drinkers ingest 250 calories from alcohol per day which is the same as eating a bag of chips each day.

§     The study also showed that 52.5% of drinkers get their calories from beer, 21% from wine, 20% from spirits and 6.5% from ciders/coolers.



§     The actor is now a new professor at the University of Texas.

§     He has been appointed as a professor of practice to the Department of Radio-Television-Film faculty starting this fall term.

§     He’s served as a visiting instructor since 2015, when he began co-teaching the “Script to Screen” film production class.

§     He earned a film degree from the school in 1993.



§     They have banned the souvenir bottles purchased at Disney’s Star Wars land, Galaxy’s Edge.

§     It’s because they say that they look like explosives.

§     Each bottle has a rounded design and resealable cap and they are not allowed in either carry=on or checked in bags.

§     The bottles are exclusively sold in the park in Anaheim and starting today, in Galaxy’s Edge Orlando.
