    • Today marks the 19th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
    • Ceremonies will take place at the Sept. 11 memorial plaza and a corner nearby in New York City.
    • The two ceremonies will look different this year due to the pandemic.
    • Speakers will still be present for the reading of names of those lost but there will be no stages at the solemn occasion this year.
    • Instead, family members have pre-recorded victims’ names, which will be streamed online this morning.
    • Victims’ families can still gather in person at the memorial to hear the names of their loved ones read aloud, as groups will be safely spread out on the plazas eight acres.
    • 2,996 lives were lost that day.

    • SNL is returning to the 30 Rock studio for the Season 46 premiere.
    • They ended last season by doing taped and remotely produced shows from cast member’s homes.
    • The season will premiere on October 3rd.
    • No host or musical guests have been announced yet and it’s unknown if they’ll have a studio audience.

    • 75% of people that work out say they feel happier but it’s more than that!
    • 74% report being more successful and identify as being ambitious.
    • Respondents were split by those who exercise one to three times a week and those who exercise four to seven times per week and the more you move, the better you feel.
    • Since the start of the pandemic, 64% of people are exercising even more and 79% say it’s made them more aware of their overall wellness.
    • And the outlook is good too…74% of people believe they’ll come out of the pandemic stronger than they went in.

    • They won’t be making Halloween or Christmas marshmallows this year because of the pandemic.
    • Holiday peeps are taking the year off because of the impact that COVID-19 has had on their operations.
    • Just Born, the maker of Peeps released a statement saying that they temporarily suspended production of their candy brands to ensure the health and safety of their associates.
    • The also said that the closure will not have any effect on the 2021 Easter Peeps.
