    • The “That 70’s Show” actor has been charged with rape and was taken into custody yesterday, where he was booked and released after posting bail
    • He is being accused by multiple women of sexual misconduct and assault over the years.
    • He was charged with three counts of felony forcible rape involving three different women.
    • The alleged rapes occurred between 2001 and 2003 in the middle of the sitcom’s run.
    • His attorney tells TMZ that his client is innocent and that they are confident that he will be exonerated when all the evidence finally comes to light.
    • If convicted, he faces 45 years to life behind bars.

    • It’s in the upcoming film called “Spencer!” and according to Deadline, the film “covers a critical weekend in the early 90s, when Diana decided her marriage to Prince Charles wasn’t working, and that she needed to veer from a path that put her in line to one day be queen.”
    • The film’s director says that Kristin is the perfect choice because she can be mysterious, fragile but also strong and those are the traits needed to play such an iconic role.”
    • Production on the movie is expected to begin early next year.
