Every artist has a moment when they know they've "made it."

For James Arthur, it wasn't winning the UK version of "The X Factor" or selling out his first headlining US tour.

No, as he tells Heather Collins and Nudia before his set at Bite of Las Vegas 2019, the British singer-songwriter explains that it was actually when a 90s rock icon said he wanted to collaborate on a track (but you'll have to watch the video to find out who).

He's come a long way since "Impossible" -- and Arthur talks about the perseverance it took to keep his recording dreams alive after early setbacks.

And for an artist known for his velvety-smooth, soulful tugging of heartstrings, the "Say You Won't Let Go" singer even addresses the big question -- Where do all the love songs come from?

"I think I've just got a really good imagination," Arthur laughs. "I think I need to write a few more."

Watch the full interview with James now -- and make sure to check out all the Bite of Las Vegas 2019 coverage.
